I believe that the key to providing a successful fitness programme is getting to know my clients individually, so I can understand their needs, goals, thinking patterns and lifestyle. I carry out an hour long initial consultation with clients prior to programme planning. I am also happy to speak to you by phone, text or in person for a free pre-consultation, no-obligation chat about the services I offer so you can make an informed decision about whether I am the right Personal Trainer for you. 

Personal Exercise Programmes and Nutritional Advice

After the initial consultation I will provide you with a personal exercise programme. I will also look at your current nutrition and provide advice. We will work together on the programme and I will provide reviews to ensure it is tailored to your individual needs and goals and that you keep progressing. 

Group classes

I run group Circuits classes and Bootcamps which cater for all abilities. From low-impact or gentler options  for beginners or those returning to exercise, to higher intensity options to really push those who are already regular exercisers. I can also provide small group personal training sessions for 2-5 people. Please enquire for prices. 


Initial individual consultation (1 hour) and provision of programme plan : £30

Single 1-1 PT session : £30 per hour or £100 for 4 sessions 

Group PT session (2 people) : £20 each per hour or £70 each for 4 sessions       

Group PT session (3 people) : £15 each per hour or £50 each for 4 sessions

Group PT session (4-5 people) : £10 each per hour 

Twice weekly 1-1 PT sessions plus free attendance at a weekly class : £200 per month

 Group exercise class : £5 a session 

Family Fit exercise class: £5 for adults with 1 accompanying child free. Additional children £3 each.

Online exercise class :£4 a session or £30 for 10 week block


Please note that for sessions in the gym at East Riding Leisure, if you are not a member there will be an additional charge of £5 entry to the gym. 


Please enquire for other bespoke exercise plans e.g mixture of PT sessions and accompanied runs, cycle rides, walks.
